The Portability DisplayPort, otherwise called MyDP or SlimPort, was delivered by the Video Gadgets Principles Affiliation (VESA) in June 2012.

MyDP is an expansion of the DisplayPort availability standard. It empowers cell phones to yield HD video, sound, and 3D substance to outer screens over the current configuration of a microUSB port, which is the pervasive network port on cell phones.

MyDP upholds uncompressed video up to 1080p60 or 1080p30 with 3D substance over HDMI 1.4 (up to 5.4 Gbps of data transfer capacity) and furthermore upholds DisplayPort, DVI and VGA associations.

MyDP empowers charging of the cell phone battery through the MyDP link from the power given by the DisplayPort-empowered show.

MyDP-to-HDMI connectors exist also.
